Meetings

The board of directors meets as needed in Reata Estates but normally meet in March, June, September, and December.  A notice is sent via email to all members a few days before each meeting.  The notice includes the agenda, the meeting location, plus date and time.

All members are encouraged to attend board meetings and to participate.  The board needs input from members.

The association secretary maintains minutes of each board meeting, and they are sent to all members a few days after each meeting.  Details of executive sessions are not included, and according to the open meeting laws of Texas, the board does not have to disclose the details except under court order.
