Approval Process & Procedure

Members are required to submit two (2) copies of blueprints or elevations drawings to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to construction.  Additionally, the ACC will need to have a comprehensive and complete plat plan showing ALL HUMAN MADE ITEMS.  This includes such things as swimming pools, driveways, and air conditioner compressors.  For the complete list, see the Architectural Requirements & Guidelines.

Failure to comply with the above requirements will delay the approval process!

Meetings & Decisions

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) meets as needed, and they maintain copies of correspondence relating to their decisions.  Their files are available to members who submit a request.
