Special Rules on Utility Easements
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the board of directors will allow construction of driveways or other improvements within a utility easement if approved in advance by the ACC and/or board of directors.
Such construction is discouraged because owners must understand that any construction in a utility easement is at risk of damage from any utility work.
The utility easements are as follows:
- 20 feet wide along the front of each lot.
- 10 feet wide along the back and sides of each lot (10 feet on each side of a lot line).
