Owner Requirements

Before Building Any Structure*

Owners, not builders, are responsible for submitting drawings and specifications to the architectural control committee (ACC).  Therefore, the ACC will communicate with owners, not builders, for any problems or objections.  Owners are responsible for ensuring that the builder complies with the ACC requirements.

Before building any structure*, the owner must submit to the ACC two (2) blueprints OR front and back elevation drawings for each house, outbuilding, or structure to be erected, installed, or constructed.  These blueprints and plans must be submitted in advance of any construction or installation.

Also, the owner must submit two (2) plat plans showing the location of every human made object including, but not limited to driveways, propane tanks, swimming pools and related pumps, filters, etc., fences, retaining walls, and anything else that can be seen from the street. ...........................................

* Structure means home, barn, fence, swimming pool, play ground equipment --- in short, any human made object.

When submitting the blue prints or elevation drawings plus the plat plan, include this information:

  • How the human made items such as air conditioner compressors, propane tanks, etc. will be screened from view.
  • A description of materials and specifications of items such as outbuildings, fences, retaining walls, etc.
